There are lots of people that are on a budget with the economy in the predicament it is in.  I know I sure am!  I have gotten rather thrifty with my spending.  I buy more things on clearance, I buy off-brands, and I shop online for the best discounts in perfumes and colognes.  That's right, they cost less online than anywhere else.  Ever since I found out that most websites discount the women's perfume and men's cologne by up to sixty percent, I have stopped shopping at department stores for it.  The perfumes and colognes are the exact same thing as in the retail stores, only they cost less because the web stores have much less overhead.  They buy in bulk and pass the savings on to me, the consumer.  I think it's just wonderful to be able to get designer fragrances, not knock-offs, for up to sixty percent off of retail price.  I can give perfumes and colognes to everyone on my list and still be under budget at Christmas, or even buy some for myself to keep.
