perfumes and colognes, perfume bottles There is art I understand and then the stuff above my pay grade. I’m talking about those abstract sculptures or paintings that look like someone threw paint at a canvas or melded the most random shapes together and called it good. I came to this conclusion after visiting a local museum with my mom. The exhibits featuring religious artwork dating back to 16th century Europe and the sketches of Van Gough were awe inspiring but then there was outdoor sculpture exhibits that did nothing for me.

Anything can be considered art if created by an artist. When talking perfumes and colognes I would guess some of the companies employ the help of artists to create cologne or perfume bottles. My girlfriend has a clear bottle shaped in a trapezoid under a ribbed metallic screw top with the amber scent showing through. As far as perfume bottles go, it is unique. My own cologne has a heavy black hexagonal top sitting above the dark cylinder bottle for nothing more then looks. They make the bathroom counter more fun to look at. The art of perfumes and colognes goes farther then smell.
